Hello Hasmik, 

I wanted to thank you for the wonderful trip you arranged for our family of five. My friend was absolutely right to recommend your company. We truly enjoyed our trip and all the countries, Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan leaving a great place in our hearts. The countries offer a very authentic experience, despite some bad and bumpy roads, every site was worth visiting. Border crossing into and out of Turkmenistan was not as quick and easy as in the other countries, but we made it. Our guides were very helpful and knowledgeable. They shared lots of information but we never felt bored. Our guides Maria in Kazakhstan, Laila in Uzbekistan and Serdar in Turkmenistan were terrific and very fun. We loved our hotel in Samarkand with a great view to the city. The mosques, bazaars, museums, food, and people were amazing. We wholeheartedly recommend this tour to everyone. 

I booked the 31 days Silk Road tour to the 5Stans of Central Asia and the Caucasus with Arara. There were a few other companies covering the 2 regions but I luckily chose Arara, a local company with great experience in arranging Caucasus and Central Asia tours. Hasmik, my main contact at Arara was very helpful throughout the booking process, tour arrangements and communication. Very efficient and responsive. We had great guides in all the countries, Serdar in Turkmenistan, Olga in Uzbekistan, Sophie in Georgia and Raffi in Armenia were the greatest, though the others were also very lovely and knowledgeable. Our small group of 10 travelers got on really well together, thank you Arara for gathering such lovely people from around the world. The trip was well organised, domestic flights, train tickets, border crossings were long but our guides were helpful. Drivers were good, though none of them spoke English. Some hotels were 4* even though we chose the 3* option, Arara upgraded our group to 4* hotels in some areas which allowed us to have a good rest after long days, thank you for that. The countries were amazing, very authentic and off the beaten track. I hope more people become interested in visiting these countries, as they are all unique with stunning architecture, history, culture and most importantly people. Thank you for the hard work Hasmik and Arara! This was a lifetime experience. Will highly recommend Arara Tours. 

Dear Rima, 

As promised, I am sending you my feedback on the Silk Road Tour. We had an amazingly organized tour. You were supper helpful with your informative and follow up emails. Guides and drivers were ok, we did not have any issues with them, the same is with hotels. They were nice and clean with delicious breakfast. Please tell Arthur who was our guide one more time that we enjoyed our time with him. I am sure this was right choice of a tour package in terms of days and countries included in it. We have seen many monasteries, mosques, churches and fortresses. We experienced cultures, cuisines, which trust me is quite delicious. I recommend Arara tour to anyone who is looking for a company that can organize a vacation perfectly.
